Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic es el vigesimosegundo álbum de estudio del músico estadounidense Prince, publicado el 2 de noviembre de 1999 por NPG Records y Arista Records.[1] Lanzado poco tiempo después de The Vault: Old Friends 4 Sale, el disco contiene un sonido más comercial que su antecesor. Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic (englisch für Schwärmen zu der fantastischen Freude) ist das 23. Studioalbum des US-amerikanischen Musikers Prince. Es erschien am 9. November 1999 bei dem Musiklabel NPG Records / Arista Records und ist das sechste und letzte Album, das Prince unter seinem Pseudonym des unaussprechbaren Symbols veröffentlichte. Aufgrund von Differenzen mit Warner Bros. Records hatte er 1993 seinen Künstlernamen abgelegt und nahm ihn erst im Mai 2000 wieder an. Zum ersten Mal seit 1996 arbeitete Prince wieder mit einem Major-Label zusammen, seine vorherigen Alben vertrieb er über sein eigenes Label NPG Records.

Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic is the twenty-third studio album by American recording artist Prince, who was at the time going by the unpronounceable "Love Symbol" (as shown on the album cover). Released on November 9, 1999 by NPG Records and Arista Records, the album was issued shortly after the release of The Vault: Old Friends 4 Sale (1999). It includes several guest appearances, including by Gwen Stefani, Eve, and Sheryl Crow; Prince also completed a cover of Crow's 1996 single "Everyday Is a Winding Road". A pop and R&B album, it departs from the soul genre found on Prince's previous efforts.
