Su primera aparición fue en el séptimo álbum de larga duración Cause for Conflict (1995), reemplazando al bajista original, Roberto Fioretti, continuando con la banda hasta el año 2019.[3][4] A diferencia de Fioretti, Gielser es un bajista que utiliza la técnica fingerpicking.
En 1996 Giesler con el resto de los miembros de Kreator participaron en el álbum A Tribute to Judas Priest: Legends of Metal, un homenaje a Judas Priest con la canción «Grinder»[5] del álbum British Steel lo que demostraba su importante aporte al grupo.[6]
En 2019, se anuncia la salida de Giesler de Kreator, posteriormente anuncia una nueva agrupación de género punk llamada "FORE"
FORE ha publicado un LP titulado "Hombres", lanzado en 2020 y en 2021 un cover de la canción "Man in the box"

Christian "Speesy" Giesler (born 4 July 1970) is a German musician. He is best known for being the bassist of Kreator, where he was a member of the band from 1994 to 2019.[1][2] He appeared on eight studio albums with Kreator, from Cause for Conflict (1995) to Gods of Violence (2017), and at the time of his departure, he was their all-time longest-serving bassist, surpassing Rob Fioretti, who was part of the band for 10 years. Unlike Fioretti and his replacement Frédéric Leclercq, who have both played with a pick, Giesler was a fingerstyle bassist for live shows, though he used a pick on their recordings.- [es] Christian Giesler
