Mark Isaacs (born 22 June 1958) is an Australian classical and jazz composer and pianist.[1] He has been nominated for ARIA Awards for Best Jazz Album in 2007 (Mark Isaacs – Resurgence) and in 2009 (Mark Isaacs Resurgence Band – Tell It Like It Is). He has composed over 100 works for the concert hall including three symphonies, recorded and toured internationally as a jazz pianist collaborating with major international figures, recorded and performed as a classical pianist, and conducted orchestras. He has also composed and conducted music for film, television and the theatre.[2]
