Body & Soul is the fourth (and final until 2001) studio album by English singer Rick Astley released in 1993. It was not commercially successful and as the first album ever to be released by Astley, it failed to enter the UK album chart, but it managed to enter the Italian album chart at #28. Two singles were released to support the album. The first single to be released was "Hopelessly" that hit #33[3] on The single on the British charts, followed by "The Ones You Love" at #48.

After this album, Astley left the music business behind for several years and released no new material until the 2001 single "Sleeping".
On 3 May 2010 an expanded edition of Body and Soul was released in a package together with Free, containing remastered and expanded editions of both albums across two discs.[4]
