Primitive Enema is the debut album by Thom Bone's L.A. punk project Butt Trumpet. It was produced by Thom Bone with Geza X and released in 1993 by Hell Yeah Records and Helter Skelter Records (Italy) and then reissued in 1994 by EMI Records.

AllMusic's Stephen Thomas Erlewine gave the album 2/5 stars called the group "crude and amateurish-and fiercely proud of it, by the way", and said the disc "made more sense on a smaller label". He also criticized the production, calling it "...slightly too clean to make Primitive Enema sound dangerous."[1]
