"Metal Drums", environmental protest song

The song "Metal Drums" in the album is about the toxic waste tragedy that affected residents living near Baird and McGuire chemical plant in Holbrook Massachusetts that was later closed and turned into a Superfund site.[2] The song became popular in the environmental movement, especially in New England.[3]
