El álbum vendió en la primera semana 253 000 copias.[1] También es el tercer disco de la banda en quedar en la posición número uno en el Billboard 200. Se mantuvo en el top 10 durante cinco semanas seguidas, convirtiéndose en una de las seis bandas en lograrlo.[2]

Indestructible is the fourth studio album by American heavy metal band Disturbed. A self-produced effort,[3] Indestructible is the first Disturbed album that did not feature Johnny K, the producer of Disturbed's previous three albums, The Sickness, Believe, and Ten Thousand Fists. Indestructible was recorded at Groovemaster Studios in Chicago, Illinois.[4] The album features two songs, "Perfect Insanity" and "Divide",[4][5] that were written by Disturbed prior to their first album, The Sickness, but were never previously released. The album shows Disturbed completely abandoning the nu metal genre.[6]
