Antecedentes y letra


"Right Here Waiting" fue el segundo corte del disco Repeat Offender, luego de "Satisfied". Marx escribió esta canción durante el rodaje de una película en Sudáfrica, que contaba con el entonces amor de su vida, la actriz Cynthia Rhodes.
