«Supernature» es la primera canción y tema que da nombre al álbum Supernature. Junto a «Give Me Love» y «Love is Here», esta canción alcanzó el primer puesto en los rankings disco/dance de los Estados Unidos en 1978.[1] En agosto de 1978, alcanzó el puesto número 8 en el UK Chart tras ser usado en of The Kenny Everett Video Show La letra fue escrita por una joven: Lene Lovich, aunque no está acreditada.[2] La canción es de corte medioambiental, imaginando un futuro en el cual el uso de las sustancias químicas artificiales en agricultura, tiene un efecto que causa "criaturas bajo tierra" que emergen y "toman su dulce venganza" en contra de la humanidad.

Fue reversionada por Erasure en 1989 y The Time Frequency en 1994 para su álbum de debut, Dominator.

"Supernature" is the title track of Cerrone's 1977 album Supernature (Cerrone III). Along with the tracks "Give Me Love" and "Love Is Here", the song reached number one on the US disco/dance charts early in 1978.[3] The single crossed over to both the Billboard Hot 100, where it peaked at number 70, and the soul charts, where it peaked at number 72.[4] In August 1978, it peaked at number 8 in the UK Singles Chart after heavy use in the first series of The Kenny Everett Video Show.
