The Masterplan es un álbum recopilatorio de la banda de rock inglesa Oasis. Este álbum comprende las Caras B, canciones que no estuvieron dentro de alguno de sus anteriores álbumes. Fue sacado a la venta en noviembre de 1998. La idea original para este álbum era la de sacarlo a la venta sólo en áreas como Estados Unidos o Japón, debido a que los sencillos anteriores solo estaban disponibles en Europa y su importación era demasiado costosa. The Masterplan llegó a la posición número 2 en los charts británicos, consiguiendo el disco de platino. Mientras que en los Estados Unidos consiguió un respetable número 51. El álbum finalmente consiguió vender 5 millones de copias en todo el mundo, algo para nada esperado. Cuatro canciones del disco aparecen en el disco recopilatorio Stop The Clocks.

The Masterplan is a compilation album by English rock band Oasis. It was released on 2 November 1998 by Creation Records, the band's final release through the label. It comprises B-sides which never made it onto an album up to that point. Originally intended for release only in areas such as the United States and Japan, where the tracks were previously only available on expensive European-import singles, The Masterplan reached number 2 in the UK, where it initially went platinum,[1] and number 51 in the United States. However, it did reach the Top 20 in various charts around the world, going on to sell 3 million copies.[2] It has since been certified triple platinum in the UK. Four songs from the album appear on the 2006 compilation album Stop the Clocks.
