Mothership is a compilation album[8] by English rock band Led Zeppelin, released by Atlantic Records and Rhino Entertainment on 12 November 2007 in the United Kingdom, and 13 November 2007 in the United States. It was released on the same day that Led Zeppelin's entire catalogue became available in digital stores, including the iTunes Store.[9] The cover was designed by artist Shepard Fairey.[citation needed]

Mothership es un álbum recopilatorio del grupo Led Zeppelin que salió a la venta el 13 de noviembre de 2007. El disco contiene dos CD con una selección remasterizada de las mejores canciones del grupo. Existe una Deluxe Edition que contiene, además, un DVD en el que se recogen videos en directo de la banda a lo largo de su carrera. Todos estos videos aparecen en el DVD oficial de Led Zeppelin editado en 2003.

Песни для сборника отобраны лично участниками группы: Джимми Пейджем, Робертом Плантом, и Джоном Пол Джонсом, — и представляют все 8 официальных альбомов группы.
