Sahra est le 3e album du chanteur algérien Khaled, sorti le . L’album a été co-produit par Don Was, Philippe Eidel, Jean-Jacques Goldman et Clive Hunt, et y compris les performances de nombreux autres chanteurs du monde entier. Il a été enregistré aux États-Unis, en Jamaïque et en France. Il présente ce qui est peut-être la chanson la plus populaire de Khaled, "Aïcha". La plupart des morceaux sont chantés en arabe, avec un dosage notable de français. "Ki Kounti" est partiellement chanté en espagnol car il présente le chanteur de rock mexicain Saúl Hernández du groupe Caifanes. La chanson éponyme porte le nom de la première fille de Khaled, Sarah, à qui l'album est dédié avec sa mère, Samira. L’album a été certifié disque de platine en ayant été 300 000 fois[1]. L'album a été réédité par Wrasse Records aux États-Unis et au Royaume-Uni en 2005.

Sahra is a studio album from Algerian raï artist Khaled, released in 1996. It was the artist's biggest production to date, being co-produced by Philippe Eidel, Don Was, Jean-Jacques Goldman and Clive Hunt, and including performances by many other singers from around the world. It features what is perhaps Khaled's most popular song, "Aïcha". Most tracks are sung in Arabic, with a notable dosage of French. "Ki Kounti" is partially sung in Spanish as it features Mexican Rock vocalist Saúl Hernández from the band Caifanes. The title track is named after Khaled's first daughter, Sarah[citation needed], to whom the album is dedicated along with her mother, Samira.
