Si tratta dell'ultimo album inciso con Dee Dee Ramone[1], che sarà sostituito da C.J. Ramone durante il 1989. Di questo periodo e dell'album, su Poison Heart: Surviving The Ramones, Dee Dee successivamente ha scritto:
