La seconda e terza canzone sono fuori dalla lista, con "Giving Up Hurts the Most", come l'attuale seconda. La canzone "And I Dreamt of You" è la più lunga canzone registrata dagli Underoath, di 11 minuti e 24 secondi.

Cries of the Past is the second studio album by Underoath, released on July 4, 2000, through Takehold Records.[6] Only 3,000 copies of the album were pressed and, like Act of Depression, it was out of print for years. The album is the last to feature guitarist Corey Steger and the first to include keyboardist Christopher Dudley. Cries of the Past (En español: Gritos del Pasado) es un álbum de Unblack Metal/Death Metal escrito y lanzado por la banda Underoath. Es el segundo álbum de la banda. Fue lanzado el 4 de julio de 2000 bajo el sello Takehold Records. El álbum tuvo solamente 3000 copias y actualmente está fuera de impresión.
