La canzone fu scritta da Sherman Kelly, tastierista dei King Harvest, nel 1968 e fu inizialmente proposta nel 1970 da due gruppi britannici: uno chiamato Boffalongo, l'altro High Broom. Il gruppo Boffalongo divennero più tardi i King Harvest.
Il primo verso della canzone, "We get it on most every night" è spesso confuso con "We get it almost every night".
La canzone è ora disponibile in stereo su CD.
