Demo-litions: Cast-off Recordings 1996-97 è un album compilation del gruppo musicale canadese Crash Test Dummies, edito nel 2011. L'album consiste in tredici demo mai pubblicati durante la lavorazione dell'album studio Give Yourself a Hand. L'album venne pubblicato sul sito ufficiale della band in CD e MP3.

Storia

Demo-litions comprende dei demo registrati dai Crash Test Dummies tra il 1996 e il 1997. Durante quel periodo, la band stava cercando di registrare una nuova versione di A Worm's Life. Poiché l'album non ebbe molto successo rispetto a God Shuffled His Feet, la BMG rifiutò trentacinque canzoni registrate durante quel periodo prima della pubblicazione di Give Yourself a Hand[1].
