Vendette 21.253 copie durante la prima settimana di debutto[1], 8.042 durante la seconda settimana e 6.422 durante la terza, per un totale di sole 35.717 copie[2]. Raggiunse infine la posizione n.69 nella chart Billboard 200.
L'unico singolo estratto è "Get'chu Twisted", prodotto da Lil' Jon. Nell'album è presente una sua remix in collaborazione con gli altri membri dei Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Altro featuring è quello di Wish Bone, nel brano "That's That Bone".

Gemini: Good vs. Evil is Krayzie Bone's fourth CD release (the third if one does not count Leatha Face: The Legends Underground (Part 1), (which was an underground release). It was released on February 8, 2005. He signed a one-album deal with then newly established Ball'r Records(which no longer exists). It was his first album in almost four years. The first week's sales were not as impressive as his previous albums, selling 21,253 [3] first week, but the album had very little promotion.
