Descrizione


Il brano Geronimo's Cadillac parla di un uomo di nome Geronimo, che gira a bordo di una Cadillac e che fa girare la testa alle donne.[6]

Il singolo raggiunse il terzo posto delle classifiche in Austria e Germania, il quarto in Belgio e il sesto in Svizzera.[2][3][7]

In Germania, il disco entrò in classifica il 20 ottobre 1986[7] e si attestò al terzo posto il 3 novembre 1986[3] e rimase nella stessa posizione anche la settimana successiva[3]; uscì dalla classifica il 5 gennaio 1987[7]. In Austria, il disco entrò nelle classifiche il 15 novembre 1986 e uscì il 15 febbraio 1987.[7]

Geronimo's Cadillac is Modern Talking's first single released from the fourth album In the Middle of Nowhere. This single is also the first one not to reach the top of the German singles chart. "Geronimo's Cadillac" was released in Germany and in other European territories on 6 October 1986. The single peaked at No. 3 on the German single chart on 3 November 1986, almost a month after its release.[1] The single spent five weeks within the top-10 and total of 13 weeks on the top-100 in Germany.[2] While "Geronimo's Cadillac" also entered the top-5 in Austria, it managed to enter the top-10 in Switzerland, Sweden and Norway.[3]
