Fino ad oggi non è stato ancora pubblicato alcun fumetto che racconti gli eventi accaduti nella terza parte della saga delle Amory Wars, cioè quella che corrisponde ad In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3. Comunque, il cantante Claudio Sanchez ha dato diversi indizi sulla trama, ed ha pubblicato un piccolo riassunto della trama del capitolo sul sito della Evil Ink Comics:

«Dieci anni dopo gli eventi di ..Turbine Blade, Claudio, figlio di Coheed e Cambria, emerge dalle profondità di Shylos Ten, un pianeta usato come prigione segreta e luogo di brutali interrogatori dalla Red Army. Scoprendo che la sua famiglia è stata assassinata, Claudio inizia la sua ricerca di vendetta. I suoi nemici, il Supremo Tri-Mago Wilhelm Ryan e il Generale Mayo Detinwolf, si rendono conto del fatto che Claudio è ancora vivo, e che possiede poteri speciali. Sanno di doverlo fermare prima dell'altrimenti inevitabile sconfitta. Nel frattempo, Inferno (Jesse Kilgannon) decide di affrontare la Red Army (Man your Battlestations) cercando la stessa vendetta del fratello. Claudio trova un alleato in Ambellina, una Prise mandata dai suoi superiori per fargli da guida. I due, insieme a Sizer (un IRO-Bot disassemblato), cercano Inferno per poter capire perché la famiglia Kilgannon è stata assassinata, ma i loro piani vengono stravolti da un'astronave chiamata Velourium Camper, e da un pilota chiamato Al.»

Claudio ha dichiarato che la nuova serie delle Amory Wars, illustrata da Gus Vasquez, coprirà gli eventi di In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 nella loro interezza.
