Start the Party is the fourth and final studio album by Welsh post-hardcore band the Blackout. It was released by Cooking Vinyl on 21 January 2013. Following the touring cycle for their third studio album, Hope (2011), the band began writing material for their next album. They recorded the album with A frontman Jason Perry acting as producer. It revolves around party-going, having received comparisons to the output of the Beastie Boys, and the guitar work of the Foo Fighters and Papa Roach.
