Il primo singolo estratto dal album, intitolato No, è stato pubblicato il 4 marzo 2016 mentre il secondo singolo, Me Too, è stato pubblicato il 5 maggio 2016.[8] Il 29 agosto viene pubblicato il video ufficiale del terzo singolo ufficiale, Better.

Watch Me Do, I Love Me, Better e Mom sono stati resi disponibili su iTunes Store via pre-order come singoli promozionali rispettivamente il 25 marzo, il 15, il 22 e il 29 aprile 2016.[9][10][11]

Thank You is the second major-label studio album by American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor. The album was released exclusively on Apple Music on May 6, 2016, and worldwide on May 13, 2016, by Epic Records.[3] Its songs were mostly co-written by Trainor, Jacob Kasher Hindlin and Eric Frederic, and produced by the latter. Artists who were featured on the album include Trainor's mother Kelli Trainor, LunchMoney Lewis, R. City and Yo Gotti. Musically, Thank You was inspired by Caribbean music, and attempted to showcase Trainor's love for Aretha Franklin, Bruno Mars and Elvis Presley.[4] Primarily a pop record, Thank You also includes dance-pop and R&B.[5][2]
