This Old Dog ist das dritte Studioalbum des kanadischen Singer-Songwriters Mac DeMarco, das am 5. Mai 2017 auf dem Indie-Label Captured Tracks veröffentlicht wurde. Während der Aufnahmen zum Album zog Mac Demarco im August 2016 gemeinsam mit seiner Lebensgefährtin Kiera McNally aus dem New Yorker Stadtteil Far Rockaway nach Los Angeles in Kalifornien. Die beiden ersten Songs des Albums, My Old Man und This Old Dog, sowie die Lieder On The Level und One More Love Song wurden als Singleauskopplungen veröffentlicht.

This Old Dog is the third full-length studio album by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Mac DeMarco, released on May 5, 2017 through Captured Tracks.[4][5][6][7][8][9] Following the release of Another One, DeMarco moved from his isolated Queens home to a house in Los Angeles to create the album. The album spawned two singles in January, "My Old Man" and "This Old Dog", which are the two first tracks on the album. The singles "On The Level" and "One More Love Song" were released in April 2017. The album leaked on April 13, 2017.
