Violazioni dei diritti d'autore
Nel 2008 la Gothic-Band francese Dark Sanctuary ha fatto causa a Bushido, di aver usato musica loro in alcune tracce dell'album "Vendetta". Poi nel 2010 il tribunale ha riconosciuto copie in alcune tracce, quindi tutti i CD e file musicali, contenenti i pezzi incriminati, non possono essere più veduti (in quanto illegali) e devono essere ritirati dal mercato, sempre secondo la sentenza del tribunale.

Vendetta ist der zweite Sampler des Musiklabels ersguterjunge. Er wurde am 1. Dezember 2006 als Standard- sowie Limited-Edition veröffentlicht und enthält Beiträge des Labelchefs Bushido sowie der damals beim Label unter Vertrag stehenden Künstler Saad, Chakuza, Eko Fresh, D-Bo, Bizzy Montana, Nyze und DJ Stickle. Außerdem ist der Rapper Summer Cem, der bei German Dream unter Vertrag stand, auf dem Sampler vertreten. Aufgrund von der französischen Band Dark Sanctuary beanstandeter Urheberrechtsverletzungen darf der Sampler seit 2010 per Gerichtsurteil nicht mehr vertrieben werden. Eine digitale Wiederveröffentlichung ohne die urheberrechtlich verletzten Titel erfolgte im Jahr 2012.[en] Vendetta – ersguterjunge Sampler Vol. 2
