Why[2] è il primo album in studio del gruppo hardcore punk inglese Discharge, pubblicato nel 1982 da Clay Records[1]. È considerato un album molto importante perché contribuì a rivitalizzare la scena punk inglese allora in declino[1]. Fu in seguito pubblicato anche in Giappone tramite l'etichetta Vap Inc. nel 1985[3].

Nel 2007 il disco è stato ristampato da Captain Oi! con l'aggiunta dei primi tre EP della band Realities of War, Decontrol e Fight Back e di due tracce live[1][4].
