GusGus est un groupe de musique électronique originaire de Reykjavik en Islande formé en 1995. Ses membres actuels sont Stephan Stephensen (a.k.a. President Bongo), Birgir Þórarinsson (a.k.a. Biggi Veira), Daniel Agust et Urður Hákonardóttir (a.k.a. Earth).

Ne doit pas être confondu avec Gugusse ou C'est Gugusse avec son violon.

Le groupe était à l'origine un collectif d'artistes travaillants dans différents domaines mais il est aujourd'hui surtout connu pour sa musique. Au cours de son histoire, ses membres ont régulièrement changé. Parmi les plus illustres de ceux-ci, on peut notamment citer les chanteuses Emilíana Torrini et Hafdis Huld (en). Le nom du groupe trouve son origine dans le film Tous les autres s'appellent Ali de Rainer Werner Fassbinder dans lequel le personnage féminin cuisine du couscous pour son amant et le prononce "Gus Gus", le groupe y voit une référence sexuelle[1].
