Histoire


Keifer Thompson est né et a grandi à Miami, dans l'Oklahoma. Il rencontre Shawna, originaire de Chatom, en Alabama, lors d'un concours de chant à Nashville, Tennessee. Ils commencent à travailler en tant qu'artistes solo avant de se décider à former un duo[1]. Ils signent chez Stoney Creek Records, un label proche de Broken Bow Records, en [2].

Le , ils sortent leur second single, "Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not" coécrit par David Lee Murphy et Jim Collins. Ce single atteint la première place du classement Country et est certifié par la Recording Industry Association of America. Leur premier album Thompson Square est sorti le . Il a été produit par Jason Aldean[3]. Leur troisième single "I Got You" est sorti le .

Thompson Square is an American country music duo composed of husband and wife Keifer and Shawna Thompson, both of whom alternate as vocalists.[1] They signed to Stoney Creek Records, a sister label of Broken Bow Records, in 2010. The duo has released three albums, which have produced a combined ten chart singles on the Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts. Of these singles, two — "Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not" and "If I Didn't Have You" — reached No. 1.
