Biografia
La band era formata dal cantante Alan Merrill, dal chitarrista Jake Hooker e dal batterista Paul Varley. Suonarono diversi singoli "hit" nel 1974 e nel 1975, come Touch Too Much, My Last Night With You e la famosissima I Love Rock 'n' Roll, tutti prodotti dalla RAK Records.
Le cover più famose di I Love Rock 'n' Roll sono state eseguite da Joan Jett e Britney Spears.
Gli Arrows hanno registrato due serie televisive nel 1976 e nel 1977, entrambe prodotte da Muriel Young.

The Arrows were a band based in London, England. The group, which formed in 1974 and disbanded in 1977, included American singer/bassist Alan Merrill, American guitarist Jake Hooker and English drummer Paul Varley (original drummer Clive Williams was replaced by Paul Varley). They had UK chart hit singles in 1974 and 1975 with "Touch Too Much" and "My Last Night with You", produced by Mickie Most on RAK Records.[2] They wrote and recorded the original version of "I Love Rock 'n' Roll", later covered by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts.[fr] The Arrows
