Hanno rappresentato i Paesi Bassi all'Eurovision Song Contest 1970 col brano Waterman, classificandosi al settimo posto finale.
Le tre sorelle hanno nuovamente partecipato, questa volta in rappresentanza del Belgio, all'Eurovision Song Contest 1977, come componenti del gruppo Dream Express insieme a Luc Smets. Stella Maessen ha partecipato da solista all'Eurovision Song Contest 1982. Patricia Maessen è deceduta per un attacco cardiaco nel 1996.

The Hearts of Soul, also known as Dream Express and LBS, were a Dutch-Belgian musical group that originally consisted of the Indonesian-born Dutch sisters Bianca (born 30 June 1950), Patricia (12 May 1952 – 15 May 1996) and Stella Maessen (born 6 August 1953).[1][2] Belgian singer and composer Luc Smets joined the group in 1975. The group is known for representing the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 1970 and Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 1977.[es] Hearts of Soul
