Biografia
Il gruppo è stato fondato in California nel 1997 da Keith Barney e da alcuni musicisti già attivi negli Eighteen Visions. Dopo aver firmato un contratto con la Indecision Records, il gruppo ha pubblicato il primo album nel 1999.
Nel 2001 è stato registrato e pubblicato il secondo disco.
Il gruppo adotta uno stile di vita straight edge.

Initially branded a hardcore punk band, albums like Venom and Tears and Deathless took a sharp turn towards metal, with critics likening the band's sound to that of Pantera and Sepultura.
