Биография

Группа Armageddon Dildos была образована Уве Канкой (вокал) и Дирком Краузе (синтезатор) в 1989 году в Касселе. Armageddon Dildos были популярны в Германии, за пределами страны почитались среди любителей индустриальной музыки. Их сравнивают с такими группами как Rammstein, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Ministry, Revolting Cocks, Einstürzende Neubauten, Coil и другими.

В 1999 году Дирк покинул группу. Несмотря на это Уве выпускает «Morgengrauen» и «Sangreal» в 2003 и 2005 годах.

В апреле 2007 года группа провела большой тур по Северной Америке впервые за более чем 10 лет.[1]

В 2011 Armageddon Dildos выпускают на лейбле Alfa Matrix альбом «Untergrund».

В настоящее время ведутся работы над записью следующего альбома «Industrial Terrorism».[2]

Название

Название группы «Фаллосы Армагеддона» — это сленговое обозначение межконтинентальных баллистических ракет.
