Biographie
Sam Fender grandit à North Shields. Il est issu d'une famille de musiciens[1]. Son père Alan et son frère Liam sont tous les deux des auteurs-compositeurs. Son frère joue également de la percussion et du piano.

Samuel Thomas Fender (born 25 April 1994) is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He is known for his high tenor voice and strong Geordie accent, layered over music characterised by a roots-orientated rock approach. Fender's sound relies primarily on his traditional American musical upbringing combined with a classic British rock sensibility. Samuel Thomas Fender (North Shields, Tyne y Wear, Inglaterra; 25 de abril de 1994), conocido artísticamente como Sam Fender, es un cantante, compositor, músico y actor inglés. Luego de haber tenido una corta carrera como actor, probó suerte como cantante, lanzando varios sencillos de manera independiente, hasta que en 2018 finalmente firmó con la discográfica Polydor Records.[2]Durante ese mismo año, estuvo dentro de los nominados al sondeo Sound of de BBC,[3]el cual tiene por objetivo destacar a los artistas nuevos más promisorios y para noviembre ya había lanzado su primer EP, Dead Boys.[4]Para 2019, ganó en la categoría de «Estrella en Ascenso» de los Premios Brit y en septiembre del mismo año debutó con su primer álbum, Hypersonic Missiles,[5]el cual alcanzó el Nro. 1 en los UK Albums Chart.[6]- [fr] Sam Fender
