Biografia
Già noto per la sua abilità nel comporre testi e rappare, nel 2008 firma un contratto con l'etichetta Beluga Heights, l'etichetta discografica di J.R. Rotem[1].
Il suo album di debutto è stato Mann's World, pubblicato il 2 luglio 2011.[2] Il primo singolo estratto è il singolo Text, cantato con la collaborazione di Jason Derulo. Tuttavia a lanciare la carriera di Mann è il singolo successivo Buzzin', del quale è stato fatto anche un remix, che prevede un pezzo cantato da 50 Cent. Il brano arriva alla sesta posizione nel Regno Unito[3], all'ottava in Scozia[4] ed alla tredicesima della classifica Billboard US Rap.[5]
Mann ha inoltre collaborato con Iyaz ed i Big Time Rush.

Dijon Shariff Thames (born July 17, 1991), better known by his stage name Mann (often stylized as MANN), is an American rapper from West Los Angeles, California discovered by record producer J. R. Rotem. He's perhaps best known for his singles "Buzzin'" (featuring 50 Cent) and "The Mack" (featuring Snoop Dogg and Iyaz).[1] Mann was formerly signed to Mercury Records, a division of The Island Def Jam Music Group.
