A Corazón Abierto is the eleventh studio album recorded by Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández that contains a selection of tracks that cross the rhythmic pop and the romantic ballad, this album shows the best of Alejandro, exploring melodies that go from the spiritual up to the sensual, reflecting his love and passion. This is a Contemporary Pop album with Mexican flavor produced by Kike Santander and Áureo Baqueiro with songs of big composers as: Gian Marco, Leonel García of Sin Bandera, Reyli Barba and Kike Santander. He shot videos for the songs "Me Dediqué A Perderte", "Qué Lástima" and "Canta Corazón". The first single went on to sell over 63,000 digital downloads in Mexico alone.[1]

A corazón abierto es el título del 11°. álbum de estudio grabado por el cantante mexicano Alejandro Fernández. Fue lanzado al mercado bajo los sellos discográficos Sony Discos y Columbia Records el 7 de septiembre de 2004.[1] Contiene una selección de pistas que cruzan el pop latino rítmico y la balada romántica, el álbum muestra melodías que van desde lo espiritual hasta lo sensual.[2] Este es un álbum pop latino contemporáneo con sabor mexicano. El álbum A corazón abierto fue producido por el cantautor mexicano Áureo Baqueiro y co-producido por compositor y productor musical colombo-estadounidense Kike Santander, Daniel Betancourt y Milton Salcedo, con canciones de grandes compositores como: Gian Marco, 3 de Copas, Leonel García de Sin Bandera, Reyli Barba y Kike Santander. Grabó los vídeos de las canciones «Me dediqué a perderte», «Que lástima», «Qué voy a hacer con mi amor» y «Canta corazón». El primer sencillo llegó a vender más de 63,000 descargas digitales sólo en México.[3] La balada romántica Qué voy a hacer con mi amor, este último se utilizó para el tema principal de la telenovela mexicana de la cadena Televisa, La esposa virgen (2005), bajo la producción de Salvador Mejía Alejandre, protagonizada por Adela Noriega, Jorge Salinas y Sergio Sendel.
