Disturbing the Peace is the second studio album by the American heavy metal band Alcatrazz, and is the only one featuring Steve Vai on guitar. The album remained for 7 weeks on the Billboard 200 albums chart, peaking at No. 145.[3]

The album was re-released in 2001 as Vol.02 of Steve Vai's The Secret Jewel Box and as a remastered, expanded version with a different cover in 2013 on Polish label Metal Mind.[4]

«Disturbing the Peace» — второй студийный альбом Американской хэви-металл группы Alcatrazz, выпущенный 22 марта 1985 года (записан в 1984/1985 годах в Голливудской студии Cherokee Studios). В работе над альбомом приняли участие американский гитарист-виртуоз Стив Вай, британский вокалист Грэм Боннэт, британский бас-гитарист Гари Ши (ex-New England), американский барабанщик Джаннаро “Ян” Увена (ex-Iron Butterfy, Alice Cooper) и американский клавишник Джимми Уолдо (ex-New England). Данный альбом — единственный студийный плод сотрудничества группы с Ваем. Ведущим продюсером выступил Эдди Крамер, фотографом группы — Рон Слензак. Альбом пробыл в чарте Billboard 200 семь недель, доходя до 145 места.
