The Last Stand ist das achte Studioalbum der schwedischen Heavy-Metal-Band Sabaton. Es erschien am 19. August 2016 bei Nuclear Blast. Bei den meisten genannten Ereignissen handelt es sich bei den besungenen Soldaten um den letzten Widerstand (englisch: „the last stand“).

The Last Stand is the eighth studio album by Swedish heavy metal band Sabaton. It was produced by Peter Tägtgren in the Abyss Studios in Sweden[2] and released on 19 August 2016. Like Sabaton's previous album Heroes, The Last Stand is a concept album and takes inspiration from "last stand" military battles. On 10 June 2016 the first single "The Lost Battalion" was released, followed by "Blood of Bannockburn" on 15 July and "Shiroyama" on 12 August. A lyric video for the title track was released on 25 January 2018.

The Last Stand (с англ. — «Последний рубеж») — восьмой студийный альбом шведской пауэр-метал группы Sabaton, выпущенный 19 августа 2016. Был спродюсирован Петером Тэгтгреном на студии Abyss[1]. Как и предыдущий альбом Sabaton Heroes, The Last Stand представляет собой концептуальный альбом и посвящён знаменитым оборонительным операциям. Первый сингл альбома, «The Lost Battalion», был выпущен 10 июня 2016 года, за ним последовали «Blood of Bannockburn» (15 июля) и «Shiroyama» (12 августа).
