Missing Link è un extended play (EP) del musicista australiano Nick Murphy. Fatta eccezione per alcuni singoli pubblicati in precedenza, è la prima opera a essere pubblicata con il suo vero nome, anziché con lo pseudonimo di Chet Faker. In un comunicato stampa, Murphy ha dichiarato: «Chet Faker ero io nel tentativo di dimostrare qualcosa a me stesso. Ma i miei gusti sono piuttosto dinamici, e ho capito di aver passato del tempo facendovi resistenza. Ora voglio metterci dentro tutto. Non è più concettuale. Sono solo io, ed aveva senso mostrarlo con un nome. Mi sembra una riscoperta.».[1] Inoltre ha definito Missing Link «un ponte tra ciò che è finito e ciò che sta per venire».[2]

Missing Link is an extended play (EP) by Australian musician Nick Murphy. It is the first musical collection to be released under his birth name. In a press release, Murphy said “Chet Faker was me trying to prove something to myself. But my tastes are pretty dynamic, and I realized I’ve spent time resisting that. Now I want to put everything in. It’s not conceptual anymore. It’s just me, and it made sense to show that in a name. It feels like a rediscovery.” [1] Adding the Missing Link EP is “a bridge between what's out and what's coming”[2]
