La canzone apparteneva al demo composto nel 1999 per la Warner Bros., ed è l'unica parzialmente rappata del disco LoveHateTragedy.

Il video

Il video, diretto da Dave Meyers, rappresenta la band che suona in un luna park abbandonato, dove un gruppo di ragazzi compie atti di vandalismo, tra cui fare skate, gettarsi nel fango, picchiarsi e utilizzarne le malmesse strutture; tutto questo avviene sotto gli occhi di un poliziotto poco lontano, che però non si accorge di nulla. Verso la fine del video, la band inizia a suonare in mezzo a una sorta di giostra che gira a velocità folle.

In questo video Jacoby Shaddix ha i capelli tinti di arancione.

"She Loves Me Not" is the first single from rock band Papa Roach's third studio album, Lovehatetragedy, and fourth released single in total. Originally written as part of a five-track promo and demo CD funded by Warner Bros. Records in 1999, "She Loves Me Not" was re-recorded and improved for its new release in 2002. It was left off their first album, Infest (2000), because the band thought the song was too rock-oriented.[citation needed] The song appeared in the soundtrack for the game NHL 2003. The song is one of the few songs from Lovehatetragedy featuring Jacoby Shaddix rapping, a style that the band had less focus on the album.
