A differenza della versione contenuta nel disco, il brano è una nuova versione caratterizzata dalla partecipazione vocale della cantante statunitense Taylor Swift.
Video musicale
Il video è una continuazione di quello del singolo del 2013 Everything Has Changed di Swift e Sheeran:[2] gli attori bambini del video, rispettivamente Ava Ames e Jack Lewis, interpretano le versioni adulte di se stessi.[3] Il filmato mostra uno scambio di messaggi tra i due personaggi, che coincide con un vero scambio avvenuto tra Sheeran e Swift che lei stessa aveva condiviso su Instagram nel 2015.[4]
