Предыстория


Альбом был анонсирован 21 марта 2018 года, наряду с выходом двух синглов из альбома — "Say Amen (Saturday Night)" и "(Fuck A) Silver Lining"[17]. 17 апреля 2018 года на YouTube канале группы вышло видео Pray For The Wicked (Pop Up Show Recap) в конце которого был отрывок из предстоящего сингла "King Of The Clouds". 23 мая 2018 года вышел 3 сингл - "High Hopes". А 18 июня 2018 года, за 4 дня до релиза альбома, вышел 4 сингл - "King Of The Clouds".

Pray for the Wicked is the sixth studio album by American pop rock solo project[6] Panic! at the Disco. The album was released on June 22, 2018[7] on Fueled by Ramen in the US and WEA internationally.[8] It is the follow-up to the band's fifth studio album, Death of a Bachelor (2016). The album was produced by Jake Sinclair and promoted by the singles "Say Amen (Saturday Night)", "High Hopes" and "Hey Look Ma, I Made It", with "(Fuck A) Silver Lining", "Dancing's Not a Crime" and "King of the Clouds" as promotional singles. It received generally positive reviews upon release, with many critics noting Urie's Broadway influences following his performance in Kinky Boots.
