Storia

Il gruppo raggiunse la fama nel 1994 con la famosa cover del singolo I Will Survive di Gloria Gaynor, che ha venduto circa 2 milioni e mezzo di copie.
Nel 1998 uscì un altro singolo di successo, Country Roads, cover della famosa Take Me Home, Country Roads di John Denver, per la quale fu girato anche un videoclip che ritrae la band in una cittadina del Far West. Nel 2001, la cover di Live Is Life degli Opus, insieme a DJ Ötzi, raggiunse il 2º posto in Francia.

In studio, i membri sono tre: Sally, Jop e Robin, che cantano e fanno i remix. Nei live, invece, vengono accompagnati da altri musicisti:

Hermes House Band est un groupe musical néerlandais formé en 1984 par des membres de la « Hermes student society » de Rotterdam[1]. Le groupe s'est fait connaitre du grand public belge et néerlandais en 1994, avec une reprise de Gloria Gaynor (I Will Survive, 1979). En 1998, ils se font connaître en France avec cette même chanson remixé par leur producteur (DJ Arios) qui deviendra l'hymne officiel du Stade français rugby et de l'équipe de France de football. La petite histoire dit que c'est Vincent Candela qui a introduit la chanson dans le vestiaire de l'équipe de France, en chantant le refrain après chaque victoire des Bleus. Le groupe est connu pour ne chanter que des reprises remixées à la sauce pop.
