Upon its release, "Siempre Tuya Desde La Raíz" received critical acclaim from music critics. Several critics selected the track as a standout from many of her records and compilation, whilst individual reviews commended the production and influence of dance and house elements. An accompanying music video was directed by Fernando de Garay[3] with a concept cosmic "and 70's dance." It was choreographed by Miguel Sahagún.[4]
In 2016, the website UniversoGay includes the song among the "15 best songs to enjoy submission, in Spanish", highlighting the sexual lyrics metaphors.[5]
