Born in Požarevac on March 6, 1985, she rose to prominence as the lead singer of the indie-pop band Svi na pod!.[1] After releasing two studio albums with the band, Vunturišević decided to pursue a solo career in 2015.[2]
Her debut album, Daljine (Distances), was released in April 2017 under Mascom Records. It spawned critically and commercially acclaimed lead single "Kese etikete" (Bags, Labels).[3][4] In June 2019, she released single "Promašaj" (Failure) under Bassivity Digital, but after facing career setbacks due to legal issues with her previous label, she decided to take a hiatus from recording new music.[5]
With "Money" produced by Coby in May 2021, Vunturišević made her comeback and announced her sophomore album, titled Sama (Alone).[6] It was followed with "Madrina", which she performed at Sunčane skale music festival in Herceg Novi in June 2022.[7]
Vunturišević describes her style as "capitalist blues" and draws from indie pop, trip hop and dancehall influences.[8][9] She has also written songs for other regional artists such as Nataša Bekvalac, Sara Jo, Franka and Senidah.
