Geschichte
Wildest Dreams entstand mit den Produzenten Trevor Horn und Terry Britten im Zeitraum von Sommer 1995 bis Anfang 1996. Bekannte Songschreiber wirkten mit. So stammt die erste Single GoldenEye, Titelstück des gleichnamigen James-Bond-Films von den U2-Musikern Bono und The Edge.
Kritiken
Bill Carpenter von Allmusic gab 2 von 5 Sternen. Er bezeichnete Wildest Dreams als ein “exuberant album of euphoric tales and exhortations”. Es reflektiere das Glücksgefühl Tina Turners mit dem „Leben nach Ike Turner“.[1]
