Uscito a dieci anni esatti dal debutto discografico del gruppo, il disco contiene tutti i successi delle Girls Aloud pubblicati nel corso dei loro dieci anni di attività, accompagnati da quattro inediti prodotti, come tutto il repertorio del quintetto, dagli Xenomania.
